Why can I not/no longer pay with my credit card?

If you have never paid with your credit card before and you receive a message saying that your credit card deposit has been refused due to internal security settings, please use another deposit method. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the site.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Request a new password by clicking 'Forgotten password' on the home page and following the instructions. You will immediately receive a link by e-mail enabling you to assign a new password. To request a new password, you need the personal question/answer combination that you provided when you registered.

Please note: the above link is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when you registered. Please make sure, therefore, that the e‑mail address for your bet90 account is always up-to-date.

Why do I need to send a copy of my identity card and my last electricity bill for my first payout?

For your security and to meet our licensing requirements, we ask you for a copy of your official photo identification and your last electricity bill on your first winnings payout. This enables us to check that you are of legal age and ensure that you are really the person who requested this payout and not an unauthorised third party. The photo identification and electricity bill can either be photographed or scanned in. You can send us these files as an e-mail attachment to verify@bet90.com or send us copies in the post.

How long does it take till my bets are settled?

Your bet will be settled as soon as the event you bet on is decided.

How do I find out if I have won?

You can find a status overview for all bets placed by you under My bets. The total winnings from the settled bets are credited to your account.

What is the currency used for my betting account?

Your betting account is in euros (EUR). If you make deposits in other currencies, these will be converted to euros (EUR) at the current exchange rate.

What are the limits on stakes and winnings?

The minimum stake per betting slip is 1 euro (EUR). The maximum payout per betting slip is 100,000 euros (EUR). You can find more information under Limits.

How much time elapses between my payout request and the money being paid into my account?

The first time you request a payout, we require a copy of your valid photo identification. As soon as we have this document, we make the transfer.

Further payout requests are processed immediately.

Please find out from your bank about the transfer time for national or international payment transactions.

How do I reduce and increase the limits?

An account holder can ask for bet90 account settings to be changed. Please send an e-mail to support@bet90.com:

  • (a) a limit to the stake the account holder wishes to place on bets in a certain time;
  • (b) an upper limit for the duration of the session;
  • (c) a limit on the maximum pending bets in EUR.

An account holder who has set a limit, as above in (a), (b) and (c), can change or revoke it by sending an e-mail to support@bet90.com. An increase to the limit(s) comes into effect one day (24 hours) after receipt of the e-mail. A reduction of the limit(s) comes into effect immediately on receipt of the e-mail. bet90 accepts no bets from a gamer who exceeds the customer-defined limits, or from customers who have blocked their gaming account.
